Hannah Durbin, D.C. graduated June 2018 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose with the honor of being her Class Valedictorian and Clinic Excellence Award recipient. Hannah’s growing experience and passion for chiropractic stem from her years in high school working at her parent’s chiropractic clinic in Weed, California. Her educational interest in human anatomy lead her to pursue a physiology degree at San Francisco State University. Dr. Durbin worked two years at Genentech in drug manufacturing before her decision to go back to school to pursue healthcare.
Dr. Durbin interned at the Redding VA Hospital in the physical medicine department where she enjoyed working in a multidisciplinary setting while growing, treating, and managing her own patient base. Following, she worked at Elite Chiropractic and Sports Clinic with a team who focused on soft tissue techniques including ART and Graston. She works with athletes of all ages and fitness levels to improved their performance through chiropractic manipulation to the joints of the spine and extremities along with myofascial release techniques and muscular rehabilitation. Her interest in treating athletes comes from her years training as a competitive gymnast.
Dr. Durbin has a diversified approach to chiropractic care and emphasizes the importance of soft tissue techniques to maximize the benefits of chiropractic manipulative therapy. She is dedicated to providing patient education on health and wellness, workplace ergonomics, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain and stress management. She encourages functional goals for care and understands the importance of treating every-BODY different.
